Preliminary Exercise 17: Film Production and Postproduction.

 Introduction:

Understanding storyboarding with editing techniques in mind is very important not only to the look of the film but also do show meaning within the scenes and how the audience should feel, or what to understand about it.  Using the wrong editing technique could altar the meaning of the clip your making and if you don't take it into account you might have to start over because the clips might not match up correctly. For example, using shot reverse shot in a movie is used for conversations to show how each person reacts to the other and their words during the conversation. This helps portray the mood and tone in the movie. In this exercise me and my teammate are making small clips to help us better understand and build our editing skills.
